I do not see a doi and the http address includes the Felician EBSCO account information. To use 7th Edition APA, what do I do?

To search for an article's DOI, you can use Crossref and click on the 'Search Metadata' tab.
If there is no DOI attached to the article and you found the article in one of the library's databases, you can omit the URL.
