I am working off-campus and I am not able to access the databases. What do I do?

The first thing to try is clearing your browsing history and cache, then closing the window and opening a new window. 

Next, try using a different internet browser. Our databases work best with Google Chrome and Safari.

To access the databases off-campus, you need to log-in with your Felician username and password and use the Microsoft Authenticator to verify that you are a member of the Felician community (student, staff, faculty, administrator). Make sure that you are entering this information correctly. 

If you have entered the correct username and password and it is still not working, here are a couple of things to try next.
